Nuvelli Brand Revival

Overview

Problem
The original identity existed, but barely. Minimal assets, no established visual system, and no precedent for how the brand should look in a modern retail or digital context. The first packaging draft had a 24-hour turnaround. Later revisions moved slower, shaped by leadership review cycles and product specification delays from manufacturing. The job was to build a full brand system quickly without losing the thread of what Nuvelli was.

Process
I started with the identity itself: simplifying outdated elements, expanding the color palette, developing a brand pattern, and creating icons focused on communicating smartwatch features clearly.
From there the work expanded across every launch touchpoint. Retail display graphics used a bento style layout to highlight product features and promote the in-house app. Digital assets covered app splash screens, Google Play banners, and web banners. I designed product manuals to carry brand consistency into the box alongside the hardware. Reusable one-pager and sales sheet templates gave the team scalable tools for future launches. AI-generated lifestyle imagery brought real-world context to product storytelling across channels.
As the system came together, I also provided creative direction to designers working on email campaigns and product videos, keeping the visual language consistent across every touchpoint.

Solution
A modernized brand system built to scale. Cleaner identity, clearer feature communication through iconography and structured layouts, a consistent retail and digital presence, and reusable templates so the next launch won't require starting from zero.
